Is IP targeting even legit? I'm asking since I think everybody's IP address isn't supposed to be public information, right? Like, phone numbers, street addresses, IP addresses, isn't that all private information no one should have access to? Anyway, if you wanna pay with PayPal, make sure you don't get scammed. It happened to me twice before, so take care. By the way, which online gaming payment gateway would you guys recommend? And if you were to choose between Authorize.net and Stripe, which one would you? Thanks!
