Hello guys, have you ever heard of keto diet? I didn't believe in weight loss programs either, and the method of eating less helped me until a certain age. After 35, even if we ate a little, we didn't lose weight anyway. It is true that metabolism slows with age and so food intake needs to match. But it is also important to find a program that will help us exclude products that do not help our metabolism. I found on https://www.modernfit.com/food/how-t...low-carb-diet/ the necessary help and even the list that helps me to eat at the taco bell.
