Mail Chimp Sucks!

Mail chimp shut down our company account down for sending to many emails!!

The day of our huge campaign they decided to close our account down for no reasons at all.
On top of that we tried everything to contact them, there support even sucks!

As a bulk delivery service, a huge part of our job is keeping our deliverability in good shape. The thing is, ISPs and spam filters are becoming more and more sensitive to certain types of content.
Unfortunately, MailChimp is not able to serve as your email provider, because the content associated with your industry is a bit too risky and conflicts with our terms of use.

Never use mail chimp for anything!

Unfortunately, this isn't the first case of its kind that I've seen against MailChimp. There are numerous complaints, almost all of them pointing to similar incidences. I'm sorry to hear about the loss.

Have you tried AWeber? It is becoming the most widely accepted Email Marketing software around the world and many popular bloggers vouch for it. The pricing is almost comparable to the other software so you won't be taking a beating if you plan to switch to it or back.

Well Now I know why I see a lot of complaints on mail chimp. I have seen many but nothing specific at all. Now that does not make a lot of sense to be a emailer and then come up with reasons like that

I am really shocked to read this message. I was thinking that you might be have problems with choosing plans. So what I did, visit the official site of mailchimp, see their pricing for different plans. I have found that MailChimp has 4 plans - forever free, monthly, High-volume and Pay as you go. I am a bit sure that you have chosen forever free to run your email marketing campaign which was huge in volume. Thats why they send you this message.

Anyways you can use AWeber as boyuancy suggested. Besides you can give a try with iconnect.

Well, I have started using MailChimp cause they offers free service. As I am trying to run my test campaigns so I have choose their service. Can you just share us how many emails did you sent and what was your campaign? They message from MailChimp says "ISPs and spam filters are becoming more and more sensitive to certain types of content." - So what was your content?

MailChimp is a perfectly good tool for most English-speaking users, with its ease of use and range of features, as well as their free plans. Keep in mind, though, that their subscription plans are relatively expensive compared to similar newsletter tools. ... But there really is a lot to like from MailChimp.
