Re: Web design advice
The best advice is to pay more attention to content and SEO. Then your site will be popular. But do not forget about quality photos, bright headlines, font bundles https://masterbundles.com/downloads/.../active/fonts/ Try to post constantly and you have everything to turn out

From my own experience, I prefer using Wix website builder. It offers free and paid plans. You can keep using Wix’s free plan until you are ready to upgrade later (or not). I can also recommend you to consult the guys from master seo service. They'll definitely help you with your web design.

I can also advice using https://aidaform.com/forms/online-survey-form.html for example. They are making a pretty design of different forms, making chat on your website right better. The customers are coming to watch at it and to make their decision whether to use it or not and a pretty design makes the first impression.
