    Does non-targeted leads helps?

Guys, now we all know what is lead generation and we also have that knowledge that if we get a lead from a person that person is our targeted customer, means he has interest to the product you are selling.

But my query is if I get leads from those people who don't even like to sue our products then will that help to make sell? I know that the answer will be no cause who wants to buy that kind of product? But is there any technique so that I can generate sell from those non-targeted leads?

I'm not sure if you can turn non-targeted leads into customers. It might just be a case of pure luck if you are able to make a sale with them.

A non-targeted lead does NOT mean that the person ISN'T interested in buying your product. It just means that you are trying to sell your product to a person whose interests are still unknown to you. He/she MIGHT be interested, you never know until you make a pitch.

It is a fact that targeted leads are easier to convert. But non targeted leads are usually a very small percentages convertaged

I know that. Getting sales from non-targeted lead is just like getting milk from an OX.
I have opened this discussion to know the opinion from you guys. The comment of boyuancy gives me some hope and I like what he says:

I am totally agree with you. I also think that for generating sales, targeted leads are the best option for any business. If you have non targeted leads then you will get very less sales and sometime nothing. Always try to build a list of targeted leads which is the key of Success for Lead Generation. Hope this helps.
