    I am sleeping well at night only if I had a good sex with my wife before. And because of work and other daily stuff I am always quite tired at the evening so I have to use Viagra which I get from My Canadian Pharmacy. And I am happy that it's so easy do order pills from the internet.

    1. Have your dinner at least 2-3 hrs before you plan to sleep
    2. Do not take Caffeine before sleep, or any substance such as Alcohol, Nicotine
    3. Keep your smartphone or your tablet away from you where you sleep. A Distance where it takes an effort to pick up.
    4. Set your alarms depending on the time you want to wake up.
    5. A dim light in your room creates a good atmosphere to sleep, I do this always.

    Increase Bright Light Exposure During The Day.
    Reduce Blue Light Exposure in the Evening.
    Don't Consume Caffeine Late in the Day.
    Reduce Irregular or Long Daytime Naps.
    Try to Sleep and Wake at Consistent Times.
