I suggest getting the best movies you like, both in your mother tongue language and in the language you plan to learn. If you are learning the language from scratch, you may start by children addressed movies with some adult interest, like Toy Story.

Besides, you get from the Internet that movie's subtitles, both in your mother tongue language and in the language you are learning. Those files have the .srt extension but they are nothing but plain text, so you can open them with Notepad or similar plain text reader.

You can watch the movies on your laptop/tablet or in your TV. In both cases, movies have to be watched without subtitles turned on, because subtitles on screen absorb too much attention. If you watch the movies in your laptop/tablet you need to have installed a video player (SMPlayer and VLC are free and good candidates).

The best way is between 0-6 years old. For adults there is no "best way" to learn a L2; if there was, most likely everybody would be using "that way".
Mere exposition does not lead to acquisition. If it did, just by listening to the target language on the radio you would eventually reach fluency. Adults do not learn when they listen, but when they understand what they listen to. This is usually achieved through a plan that presents comprehensible input progressively.

Learning Enlish was an adventurous and a challenging steep climb for me.
When people heard me converse in English after a few months of my stay in LA, they thought that I had been speaking for years and refused to believe that I did not speak English before LA.
There are tonnes of online courses, tutorials, and language learning applications all over the internet. Pick any one of these which you think has good content. Eventually, it is up to you how you use this material. I personaly used linguatrip, their native speakers are simply fantastic!
Most important of all, just have fun! You will feel more motivated in the long run

    Hi..........!
Study the grammar rules. Chances are good that the grammar rules of your target language will be quite different from that of your native language.
Start with common vocabulary. Words that you would use daily should be the first ones you learn.
    Learn basic phrases.
    Make associations.
    Practice.

Actually I have found an ideal way how to learn foreign language - to fall in love with a foreigner! Dating sites are a chance to show who you are outside of your job. If you are just your job, you don’t care for your health, or take time to help others, it makes it hard for you to shine. The hard (and easy!) way to meet women comes from taking up an activity and being consistent. Then, you start being “cool” and women will start to pay attention. From there, you can go online and express what you’ve been doing to other women. Build some excitement. Nobody wants a workaholic or someone that just wants to “settle down.” My advice a site for dating brides https://iloveslavic.com/ . My cousin found his Russian girlfriend there Good luck!
