    office chair under 100?

For quite sometime I have a tough fight which chair to choose, I have a back-ache so for me its important to have a good relaxing chair, but I don't want to spend over $300-400, the less the better. Found some good options on https://www.gurureviewclub.com/best-...air-under-100/ .

    What are your recommendations though?

The first think you should do to find a great physical therapist. Allow him/her to run the complete analysis and figure out what causes pain and what can be done. Chronic LBP is no fairytale; however, in most cases, it is possible to get rid of it. It is almost 100% treatable, especially if you consider surgery. The best to treat it without drugs or surgery is dynamic neuromuscular stabilization, a sophisticated physical therapy technique popular in Germany and Europe overall. It allows retraining muscles and nerves to relieve pain and optimize the whole musculoskeletal system. You should try it, I think.

No worries I’ve got you covered with this extensive review of the most popular massage/relaxing chairs on the market of the budget category.
