    New help desk *****please read before posting*****

    Welcome to our NEW support desk!



    July 1st 9AM EST we’ll be closing down our zendesk support system, phone lines
    and bringing it here to OMF!

    WHY?

    Questions stick here…
    And it’s just way easier for everyone in our community….

    After looking at our support desk we come to find that a majority of our users
    Have the same types of questions regarding purchase issues, tech support, help etc.

    NOW you no longer need to wait 24 hours to get the help you are looking for.
    You can now browse this section or simply submit a thread.

    Please take the following steps to ensure your thread is answered…

    #1 create a thread.
    #2 be as detailed as possible
    #3 add attachments videos, screen shots, docs etc.


    (The more details we have the better it will be for us all!)

    NOTE: You can message our team regarding any payment issues @REDTORRENTMEDIALLC we do not recommend posting any paypal info Instead send it privately.

    this a real big problem with your company is has been more 30 day from the time i pay for this but you are to buzz these day to get back with your customers i just like to get what i paid for you know? i have got a lot of your product so i don't know what the problem with you company?i have sent 4 or 5 tickets.
