I would go with Macbook Pro or iMAC. But it's expensive. However, top-quality and combination of great soft and hardware.

Just as dudefrommars said, the macbook or the imac are probably the best for video editing, however they are pretty expensive. Nevertheless, they are worth every single penny you are paying for them, in case you need it for programming or video editing, just like in your case. It is true that you might get a better laptop, from the point of view of the performance levels for the same money you pay for the mac. However, you will never get the same quality. In case you aren't yet decided, i recommend you the services of gadgetguide india. They will help you find the best one for you and all of your requirements.

For windows, you can find a large number of video editors. I would advise you to choose a video editor solely based on your goals and capabilities. Some video editors have amazing functionality, but they require serious processing power. However, I prefer programs like Movavi Video Editor Plus. It is a free software with diverse functionality and cool video effects.
